Can I start on Free and upgrade to Pro later? +
Yes. It's the same extension. When you upgrade, Wapes unlocks Pro features automatically. No reinstall, no Chrome restart needed.
What happens if I don't renew Pro? +
Your extension keeps working with Free plan limits. We don't delete your templates, lists, or labels — they're stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. If you renew later, everything is exactly where you left it.
Do you charge per WhatsApp number or per user? +
Pro is per license / user. You can link up to two numbers to the same Chrome (personal + Business) at no extra cost. For teams with 3+ independent users, wait for the Team plan.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We process payments via Paddle (Merchant of Record): they accept Visa/Mastercard/Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and local bank transfers in MX, CO, AR, PE, and CL. We bill in USD; Paddle converts to your currency.
Is there a discount for students, NGOs, or startups? +
Yes. Email us at wapes.crm@gmail.com with proof of your status and we'll send a -50% coupon for Pro. No paperwork, word of honor.
Why do you charge $19.90 a month? +
Because we have no servers to pay for — Wapes runs in your browser, not our cloud. Our only real cost is development and support. $19.90 a month is enough to keep a human answering messages in under 4 hours and keep improving the extension — or $159 a year if you prefer a single payment.
Do you refund if I don't like it? +
Yes, within the first 14 days, no questions asked. Email us and we'll refund 100% in under 48 hours. After 14 days we don't refund, but you can cancel so it doesn't renew the following year.
