Find out which numbers are on WhatsApp, without messaging them
Paste your list or upload your Excel and Wapes checks one by one which numbers have WhatsApp. Nobody gets a message: we only check whether the account exists.
From your list to contacts
who can read you
This is how you clean a list before a campaign: without messaging anyone and without leaving WhatsApp Web.
Your list
Paste or upload your file
Paste one number per line or upload an Excel, CSV or TXT file. Wapes finds the phone column on its own.
Checking
One by one, no messages
Wapes checks whether each number has a WhatsApp account, with a pause between each one to protect your account. Nobody receives anything.
Results
Watch it live
Follow the progress number by number, with a count of who has WhatsApp and who doesn’t. Pause, resume or cancel anytime.
Next step
Export or send
Download the results to Excel, split into two sheets, or send the numbers on WhatsApp straight to the bulk sender.
Clean your list
before the campaign
Sending to numbers that aren’t on WhatsApp wastes sends and time. Wapes checks your list without sending a single message: it only asks whether the account exists, from your own WhatsApp Web and with a pause between each number.
Number checker questions
No. Wapes doesn’t send any message: it only checks whether the number has a WhatsApp account, just like when WhatsApp Web looks up a contact.
The Free plan includes 10 checks a day. Standard goes up to 500 a day and Pro is unlimited.
Excel (.xlsx and .xls), CSV and TXT, up to 10 MB. You can also paste numbers, one per line.
Yes, always include it when pasting numbers (for example 1 for the US). If you upload an Excel or CSV, Wapes tries to detect it and add it to numbers that are missing it.
Export them to Excel, with one sheet for numbers on WhatsApp and one for the rest, or send the numbers on WhatsApp straight to the bulk sender.
